Built like a house.
One owner. You.
Foundation first, then the frame, then the roof. We do not start at Claude and hope the walls hold. Everything ends in one short call, one fixed scope, and a set of keys that belong to you.
Conversation
Fifteen minutes with the person who will build it. We work out what is actually slowing you down and whether a custom system is the right answer. If it is not, we say so.
Map
We write down how your operation really runs: the steps, the handoffs, the data, the people who approve things. That map is yours to keep either way.
Fixed scope
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything is built. No hourly drip, no scope-creep invoices, no surprise line items at the end.
Build
Built from the foundation up on hardware you can point at. You see it running in stages, not as one reveal at the end.
Handover
Code, data, credentials, hardware and documentation move to you. Support afterwards is optional and month to month. Nothing holds your system hostage.
Map first. Build second.
Most projects start with a paid discovery sprint. We interview the people who run the process, document the current flow, identify the automation or system that will actually move the needle, and give you a fixed-price build quote. You can take that quote anywhere, or walk away with the map.
Quoted, not listed.
There are no tiers on this page because a one-of-one system does not have a shelf price. A small automation and a full digital twin are different jobs. You get a fixed number in writing after the map, and you own everything that number pays for.
