Question 1

what exactly do you build

Accepted Answer

Custom AI systems for one business at a time: live boards and digital twins of your operation, automations and workflow loops, human-in-the-loop approval systems, local and self-hosted models, and custom LLMs, agent interfaces, APIs and content engines. Everything is written for your operation rather than configured from a template.

Question 2

what does it cost

Accepted Answer

It is quoted, not listed. A small automation and a full digital twin are different jobs, so you get a fixed price in writing after we map how your operation runs. No hourly drip, no scope creep, no subscription running in the background.

Question 3

do i own what you build

Accepted Answer

Yes. Completely. Code, data, credentials, hardware and documentation hand over to you. Support afterwards is optional and month to month. If you walk away, the system keeps running.

Question 4

are you an agency

Accepted Answer

No. An agency sells you other people's tools and marks them up. You talk to the person who writes the code and runs the hardware. The same stack runs our own business before it runs yours.

Question 5

can the models run in my building

Accepted Answer

Yes. For anything touching private information we run open models on your own hardware, so prompts and documents never leave the network unless you choose to send them out.

Question 6

what stack do you use

Accepted Answer

Proxmox for bare-metal virtualisation, hardened Linux, ZFS storage with snapshots, Tailscale or WireGuard for private access, n8n for workflow automation, Ollama for local inference, Postgres for records. Open source, readable, and yours to audit.

Question 7

where does my data live

Accepted Answer

On infrastructure we control in Aotearoa, or on yours. No offshore processing you did not agree to, no hidden jurisdiction clauses, no vendor holding your records hostage.
